Health Care Debate -- Is this the $100 Million Health Care Vote? The Louisiana Purchase of Sen. Mary Landrieu may be cheap compared to the trillions that this debacle will cost should it actually pass. Saturday’s vote of 60-39 cleared the way for a bruising, full-scale debate beginning after Thanksgiving on the 2,074-page bill. 

I will be first out of the gate with commentary on the Senate’s vote on the so-called health (insurance) care reform. Over two thousand pages and over a trillion Federal Reserve Note dollars? That should be all you need to disqualify from the Senate anyone who votes for it for reasons of INCOMPETENCE. 

Has medical rationing already begun? The mammography debate is going nuclear (pun intended) as the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force new recommendations to delay radiating breast tissue until after 50 are met with suspicions of government rationing to come. I will explain why the recommendation to delay mammograms does not go far enough. 

Also, The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends that women delay pap smears and get them less frequently. Is this more evidence of rationing to come? Is the delay and reduction good for the health of women or bad? Do they intend to replace more frequent “paps” with Gardasil and Cervarix? Perspective like nowhere else in media coming up.
