Pandemic Perspective – Mainstream medical journalists are earning an “F” (even when graded on a curve) regarding this H1N1 hype. Would it not be reasonable for a duly-ordained medical doctor like CNN’s Sanjay Gupta to ask pertinent questions about viral isolation and why it takes PCR to determine whether someone may be infected with Swine Flu? The pandemic disaster is not panning out, but the government sure promoted the heck out of Roche’s antiviral drug Tamiflu. I will explain why panic is not in order and the CDC is out of order. Do we really need bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. to tell us how to care for our heath by utilizing drugs and vaccines instead of good hygiene, proper nutrition and natural medicines?
